- Return Policy Love your Fresh Sole kicks or send ‘em back! You can return unworn, undamaged shoes within 30 days of delivery. Email us at service@thefreshsole.com with your order number to kick things off. We'll send a return label, but unless we messed up, you cover return shipping. Refunds hit your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the shoes. No returns on clearance items or worn sneakers, so keep ‘em fresh!
- Privacy Your info stays locked down with us. We collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details to process orders and keep you posted on your Fresh Sole gear. We don't share or sell your data, except with trusted partners for shipping or payment processing. Your privacy's our priority, and we're all about keeping it real.
- Shipping We ship worldwide, so Fresh Sole can land at your door, whether you're in Toronto, Tokyo, or Timbuktu! Standard shipping takes 8-12 business days. You'll get a tracking number once your order's on the move. Shipping costs depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Any customs or import fees are on you, so check your local rules.
- Payment We accept PayPal and major credit cards (sorry, no Apple Pay). All prices are in USD, so you know exactly what you're paying. Once your payment clears, we'll get those sneakers headed your way. If there's an issue, we'll reach out via service@thefreshsole.com.
- General Stuff We're here to make your sneaker game strong, but we can't control everything. If something's out of stock or delayed, we'll let you know ASAP.
